Fixed Rate Loans

Are you looking for a conventional type mortgage that gives you a set payment amount and interest rate for the life of the loan? If so, then a fixed rate mortgage is probably what you are looking for. We offer fixed rate loans for a term ranging from 10 to 30 years. If you plan on being in the house a long time or would like lower monthly payments than a longer term would probably better suited for you. If you are interested in an accelerated repayment plan with a predictable monthly payment then a shorter term may be what you are looking for. Adjustable Rate Loans

An Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) gives you the flexibility of starting out with a lower rate and payment. Interest rates and payments are usually fixed for a period of time, usually 1, 3, 5 or 7 years, and then adjusts every year after the initial period. Products are usually referred to as 1/1, 3/1, 5/1 or 7/1 ARMs.

ARMs may also be a product to consider if you do not plan to be in the house for a long period of time. Or if you think rates may decrease in the future resulting in a lower interest rate and payment then you may want to consider an ARM.
